To sublet a space :-

1) You have to seek approval from the Landlord (whether he/she allows you to sublet the space).

2) Find an agent to help you in the process of subletting or you can DIY.

Of course there are other minor details. But most importantly, you need the Landlord's approval.

Subletting can be done by you, if you have the approval to do so by the landlord as well as relevant authorities, since you are officially the tenant of the whole unit. May I know which area is your place available?
