Hi Ms Ng,

If the owner of the commercial property is GST registered, you will also need to pay the 7% GST on the purchase price. If you purchase the property under a GST registered entity, then you will be able to claim back the GST.

Legal fees of between 2k to 3k is also payable for the conveyancing of the purchase.
