My spouse has renounced her Singapore PR and is currently a co-owner of our HDB flat. If I transfer the ownership to be solely under my name, will I need to reapply for an HDB loan?

You might first need to check if you are still eligible to hold the flat, or whether you might be advised to dispose of it. The loan issue will follow later, and would also depend on whether your finances can support the loan under your sole name.
