what is the min size for medical clinic

Hello I think you need to write to MOH for clearance once you find a unit. Are you looking to setup a GP clinic or more facilities clinic

'Operators who wish to set up medical clinics shall write to MOH at MOH_Check_GFA@moh.gov.sg to verify that the proposed clinic would qualify under the exemptions above, failing which they will need to submit a planning application to URA. Necessary clearances and permits from relevant licensing agencies, including MOH and Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD) shall be obtained before commencing the use'
You might want to write to them if it is a bigger facilities clinic
if it is just a GP, then anything 700-1000 taking those shophouse or hdb ground floor size as an estimate

You may need to check with MOH. From my understanding, it will be more of the set up and whether it includes an attached bath for the clinic. In addition, the usage as clinic will also have to be approved by URA.
