Urgently looking retail shop space for rent for convenient store trade anywhere preferably HDB shop but mall also ok. My requirement are; size from 200 to 600 sqft. Shop must be located next to any of two from this list; (bus stop, MRT station, coffee or eatery and surrounded HDB estate). For example, next to bus stop and eatery or next to MRT and eatery. Budget is open. I look forward for your response. Thanks

    My requirements are clear. I am looking shop for convenient store or Mart. If it is mall shop then it must be opposite to bus stop and busy area surrounded by eateries. If it is in HDB estates, then shop must be opposite to bust stop, coffee shop and MRT would be plus point.

I have a retail shop in a mall that will likely cater to residences, offices and tourist. Besides, it is within walking distance to MRT.
