I am intending to open a fitness centre.
As I am looking around for spaces, I chance upon B1 and also white spaces.
Would like to know how does change of usage of the space work as I do aware that they are not meant for fitness centre.
1) Do you apply for the change of use before or after you have signed the TA?
2) Is there anyway to know if the property is white space?

If you do have any space that is ground floor of 2500-3000 sqft space, do let me know.

I found no credible source that says they share the same developer.
