I am considering investing in a commercial property after selling my condo.I have about $350k in cash, not sure how much loans I can take. I need advice on what type of property (industrial/ retail?. New from developer/already tenanted?) and locations. My aims are to have a good passive income stream and some capital gains. What are the expected yields like? How is it as an investment compared to residential property or overseas properties?
