It really depends on your plans, whether you need a meeting room, pantry,store,server room and director room etc.
I would suggest min1500-2000sf for basic set up.

Subjective to work and sitting arrangements, a ball park figure to work on will be around 2000sqf if you need directors room, conference and meeting rooms as well as a pantry area.
I have just placed my tenant with similar headcounts into a space of around 2056sqf. I will be glad to customised a search for your office needs too. If you are still unsure, I can make arrangements for you to view offices of various sizes such that you can try to visualise the space usage better.
