Looking for a Small Commercial Space / Upper Shophouse for Training Centre.
We are looking for a space to set up two training rooms for adult sign language classes.
Requirements:
• Two rooms of approximately 270 sqft each, or one space of around 540 sqft that can be divided into two classrooms
• Suitable for adult learners seated in a semicircle, with a Deaf instructor and TV monitor at the front
• Soundproofing between rooms preferred, as classes may run concurrently
• Multiple toilets preferred (commercial buildings welcome)
• Evening and weekend use mainly
