Do you hold a unit at the Jurong Food Hub, if you do, you can ask mcst if you can use some of the space avail in the car park area, you just need to get a professional caterrer to build an aircon tentage to host your event there .

i attended one tastfully & classy launch party set up in a carpark area before. You should explore with the mcst.
