Hello Stephen,

Thank you for the query of 138 Shenton - Oxley Tower. We have just come from the agent briefing, and the official word on the development is that the shops in the mall from level 2 and 3 currently do not come with plans for water point, and drainage points.

For units that are best suited for take-away beverages/light foods and snacks will be the 8 cafes on the first level of the development.

The sales procedure for these units will likely be very competitive hence do let me know if you are keen on this. Similar projects have had the entire 1st level sold out enbloc to a single buyer.
