Hi Emi,

Agent fees will only be applicable when there is a successful transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the client and agent. It is usually 0.5 month rent for every 1 year lease and GST will be applicable on this amount. Hope this helps!

Fees based on success: In most cases, you only pay the agent if they help you rent a place.

Fee calculation: The standard fee is half a month's rent multiplied by the number of lease years.

Additional tax: GST is added to the agent's fee.
