Hi Manoj, the thing about investing in Commercial property is that, the quantum can be quite high. Small units with lower quantum based on my opinion do not work, There is also the issue of the Commercial Properties TDSR, which is more restrictive than residential. There are many aspects to consider when making such a purchase decision. Understand how to invest before just jumping in to view properties. That way other than focusing on price to buy, we look at value.
