Typically the fees would be :
2 years lease : 1 month rent + GST
1 year lease: 0.5 month rent + GST

It is always better to engage one salesperson to handle the rental of your unit to have a better control over your optimal price to prevent price wars. Consumers would want get to press for the lowest possible price which is highly plausible if you were to engage more than 1 salesperson.
