Hello there,
I’m Verna, Finance Manager of Xander Investment Management Pte. Ltd. (‘Xander’). We are currently looking for an agent to assist us in sourcing for a tenant and was wondering if you do provide such services and what your commission/ base fees are like?
Some background: We entered into a head lease agreement with BFC Development LLP (the ‘Landlord’), for the leasing of Office space at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2. We leased 2 units on #16. We are looking to sub-let 1 of the units. This unit is bare currently and was received as it is from the Landlord. Some additional information on unit :
Floor Area: 116 Sq Metres
Head lease terminates on: 14 Jan 2024
Xander would be willing to renew/ extend the lease further, depending on the potential tenants take/outlook on the length of the lease which they would require.
Please let me know if you would be able to assist in:
(a) the sourcing/ procuring of a suitable tenant, and
(b) in assisting in the negotiations with the Landlord in approving this sub-lease (Our current head lease do not provide for a sub-let scenario, though I did speak to the landlord and they are willing to consider it, though we must first source for a tenant for their consideration)
