Hello Concorde Shoppoing Centre is a mall in a mixed developement with a hotel attached.
In most mall it is understood that all unit should operate daily.

However, we are aware that there are some older mall with private ownership unit that does not operate daily. That is hard to control.

So depending on who u rent the unit from and if the building have a understanding with owner if the unit is supposed to be in operation daily and most importantly the awareness of the MCST office on non daily opereational unit...
