Nightmare - beware!!!
Property design and location are great but there are systemic construction issues resulting in leakage esp. in Penthouse. My landlord has pushed much of the cost of these structural issues to me. NIGHTMARE! -

Hidden Gem in District 9
I was looking for a long time for a place in District 9 to buy. Most are very expensive with PSF 2,000+. I was recommended by a friend to check out Waterford and LOVED it! It is centrally located - close to Orchard, Marina Bay, and Downtown. The finishing is nice. And the price is right! You can get a nice unit for around 1,600-1,800 PSF depending on the unit. I personally prefer the 980 sgft stack. It is smaller than the 1044 sqft units, but the layout is much better - square layout vs. long rectangles. So even though the 980 sqft is technically smaller, it feels a larger! Love the fact you get 2 bedrooms and a study. I've actually fit a small twin in the study and turned it into a guest room. Very happy I found this hidden gem in District 9! -

Fantastic location - really good find!!
I am a resident at Waterford Residence and absolutely love staying here. The location is fantastic - 3 mins walk to Robertson Quay, 10 mins to Orchard Road. The beauty about living in a small condo is that you can actually swim in the pool and use the gym facilities without the overcrowding of other residents. The units are a of a good size with spacious balconies … a real gem in D9 district. New condo, fantastic cross ventilation, loads of dining options, multiple walking and jogging paths in the neighborhood and just off the main road (so no traffic noise)!! -

Great Place to Live
Great location. 10-15 min walk to Orchard, Clarke Quay, and only 5-10 min to Robertson Quay restaurants and entertainment. Ample parking and very easy to catch a cab. Good facilities in terms of a pool and gym. Building quality is great and there are 2 lifts for 3 units per floor - never have to wait for an elevator! Some people complain about the Temple, but it is not an issue for me in terms of noise or people. Overall very very happy that I live at Waterford! -

A great place to stay
The Waterford Residence is an ideal place to stay in district 9 if you appreciate serenity while being a stone's throw away a thriving F&B hub (@ Robertson Quay). The development is breezy, green and well landscaped. While the gym and pool can be bigger, they are right sized for the development and they are well maintained. There is also ample parking available for residents. The downside of the development is its proximity to the Singapore Buddhist Lodge. If you are not living in the block that faces it directly (which I'm not), noise and view isn't an issue at all. -

Great value, Fabulous location
The Waterford is greatly situated close to the Singapore river with all its restaurants, running trails and other amenities, close to the Somerset MRT and the Orchard shopping area. And not to forget my favorite place in Singapore; Fort Canning park at a 5 min walk. If working in the business district, this place is at walking distance of about 15 minutes, which is great. I walk to work every day, I have plenty of running trails along the river and park, many eateries in the area while living at a quiet and nice place. What more to wish for? Great catch! -

Crowded
Lots of stacks with little land means every apartment looks into your neighbor forget about privacy. The pool is accessed by a flight of stirs and it's really impractical with no sun as the pool is wedged between 3 stacks The gym is tiny for a development with this many apartments and its next to a major temple. The building is already looking tired. -

RV gem
I live at Waterford residence and have no complaints so far. Great location, quiet, not densely populated, access to lotsa food places at Robertson quay, mhd sultan etc. my stack is furthest away from temple - so noise is not an issue. I pass by the temple regularly and the chanting is not loud. Overall a gem in RV. -

Good value for investment
Having looked around D9 and 10 for the past year for a good investment in these prime districts, I finally came across Waterford one weekend while cycling along Robertson Quay. How it managed to remain low profile and under the radar while the rest of Robertson Quay and River Valley ( ie. Rivergate etc) are already calling at 1800-1900psf is beyond my imagination. And this condo is newer too. Unlike stacks of tall towers, this development is spacious, comfortable, PEACEFUL despite being in such a prime location. Literally 3 min WALK to Robertson Quay for a quick pint. -
