It's a breeze
Been a pleasure living here. Reaching home is a breeze thanks to the 3 lifts catering to my small block. Fort canning is a perennial favorite of the family and overall a very quiet and peaceful condo to stay in. Added plus is the balcony to host people and relax outside the aircon.. -

River valley convenience
Been very good living here, Friendly staff, Very decent sized apartment, bus stop / mrt / restuarants nearby Orchard and MBFC not far away -

Excellent
Well maintained New apartment and facilities Very close to my office - I walk/scoot at times Kids school close by with bus coming on the gate great eateries / recreation nearby -

What a fabulous location to live
This place is less than 1 km from Clark quay, around 2.5 km from MBFC where i work and is quiet and peaceful! I go to fort canning park over the weekend and have great eateries nearby including Kinneley road etc. Orchard is just round the corner and not too far from the airport. This compares very well with life back in Germany! My family love this place and we have been living here for last 3 years. -

Lovely & quiet location - corner of R Valley
In a quiet corner of River Valley road close to UE square and other amenities. Short walk to Robertson quay. Great if you want to have city living with a promenade nearby; the condo itself is very quiet and no noise from traffic. Apartment is spacious and well laid out - bright and airy with alfresco dining possible in balcony with a 6 seater. great place.. -

Great find!
We used to live in D15 and recently shifted to this condo in D9. It has changed our lifestyle - so easy to go to office everyday. The restuarants and pubs are walking distance. So close to the clubs and kids classes. The units are complete with 3 bedrooms and helpers area. Our relatives love to stay with us during their visit and it's almost like staying in a five star hotel as the condo is very new and well maintained. Great overall condo and a wow experience so far! -

Excellent condo!
Nestled in a quiet enclave with no traffic noise nor boisterous crowds as in some neighbouring condos. Great balcony for entertaining guests and recreation, while nice bedroom size to accommodate my large sized beds. Helper's area is of great help. The best part is that you are so close to office - takes me 20 mins to walk to MBFC and 5-10 mins by taxi! Orchard is so close as well - My family just loves this location and condo. -

Great location of the condo
Great oondo with excellent location. Probably the first condo from the CBD area. Generally quiet with nice neighbourhood including eateries. It's a 3 min walk to the bus stop and 10 mins to MRT station. At times, I walk/run to my place of work and the weekends are good fun for the family.. -

Beware of current construction
We lived in block 21. The construction sounds and vibration is constant during the day- and our unit was not on the site nearest the construction. The gym is small. The pool layout is awkward with little to no sun. The location is amazing though but found it not convenient with enough public transit options. The bedrooms all have a window seat type set up so that eats at square footage too. -
