  Compare with the nearby like guilin view ,this is value for money and one very strong point they really protect residents and takes a very serious view on illegal parking , good for residents but troublesome for visitors but i must said they are doing a good job...

  Nice Condo

  I strongly recommend this development to all buyers out there who prefer to stay in the west... The estate is "well contain" and you can find almost all the amenities in the vicinity. Transport is also very convenient as it is less than 10min walk to the interchange & MRT. The condo outlook is prestige and has execllent facilities... Last but not least, the layout is really optimised and you will find that it looks much more spacious that the other developments of the same floor area.

  This condo has excellent facilities, they got everything SWIMMING POOL,CHILDREN'S POOL,JACUZZI,WATER SLIDE,WATER POLO POOL,WATER VOLLEYBALL POOL,WATER BASKETBALL,(A TOTAL OF 5 SWIMMING POOLS INCLUDING THE JACUZZI POOL, which has jacuzzi on one side & a swimming area on the other) CLUBHOUSE,GYMNASIUM,COVERED BBQ / FUNCTION AREA,CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND,BUBBLE STREAM,GROTTO CAVE WITH WATERFALL,NATURAL WOODLAND,FOOT REFLEXOLOGY PATH,FITNESS AREA,GOLF DRIVING RANGE / PUTTING ,GREEN,MINI GOLF FOR KIDS,TENNIS COURTS,BASKETBALL COURT,BBQ PAVILLION,FUROBATH(STEAM), SAUNA, CLUBHOUSE, KARAOKE ROOM, FUNCTION AREA, COVERED BBQ PITS & SITTING AREA TO ENJOY BBQ DURING RAINS.   Nice pool area, those at high floor commands good views. The only minus point will be limited public area.
