  just purchase the unit here

  visit 3 times everything is good，the condo price is good compare with new condo.size is big and ceilling is high. car park is square shape and airy.common area is big like function room. security is responsible .just one thing i dont like is dogs are relax at the swim pool sits .humen living space should not have animals.

  Buyer Looking around

  The lifts are very old and without ventilation. The buildings are quite old and many improvements works need to be made. One level has 8 or more units and the door to door is quite close to one another. Will not consider buying as it's becoming run down.

  Really rude security officers

  Some of the security officers here have a very rude habit treating visitors like they're visiting a concentration camp, looks like they're in their 30s or 40s but they behave like 8yrs old ignorant kid.

  Good condominium to stay

  Staying here for 3 years, found overall, Regent Heights condominium offers a combination of convenient location, comprehensive facilities, security measures, aesthetic appeal, and a welcoming community, making it an attractive place to call home.

  Majestic building in Bukit Batok

  I have lived here for 2 years now. Before I purchased my unit, I went to look at all the condo in Bukit batok and Regent heights is the only one that gives that warm feeling of home. Located only 2 stops away from 3 MRT stations: Bukit batok, Bukit Gombak and Hillview stations makes it convenient to commute. Nature is so close to you if you are someone who appreciates evening walks and morning run at the park. Every morning, I can hear birds chirping and the rooster calls. It felt like I am in a nature resort. Do note that building is not modern and looks old fr interior. It has a classic touch and I akin it to old hotels which are older in design but has that prestigious look. If you are looking for a condo with strict checkin for visitors, this is not it. It's a simple family style condo

  Close to nature and convenience

  With the jungle just next to it, it feels like staying in a resort. You will hear birds chirping and singing. It is a peaceful environment. You can also get your groceries easily and the MRT is nearby

  Great comprehensive facilities and good proxi

  Great comprehensive facilities and good proximity to the MRT station and amenities. Certain units' views of the Little Guilin can be astounding. But one needs to note that Bukit Gombak MRT station

  Nice layout

  Have been a tenant here for the past 3 years. Now considering to buy a unit here. Well planned layout and quite. Only seriously considering high floor as high rise littering, animals from natural reserve are still a problem.

  Nice Development

  I have lived in this condo for a couple of years as an expat. My genuine reviews are: - Suited for family living as development is nice and spacious - Lots of facilities to enjoy - Good management - Love the floor to ceiling windows - Beautiful pool - Nice views of greenery - Good mix of expats living there - Lush landscape - Short walk to the train station My only concern is they could have created 2 car lanes for entry into the condo, one for residents and one for non-residents.
