Location is Good
i have compared madeira and regent heights and found the latter to be at a better location. in comparison of address, to be near bukit batok central is always better than gombak. this has always been the case for bukit batok. -

So So
While the condo may look tall, still it is one of the old boys in Bukit Batok. Most of the units interior furnishing and design, and condo facilities are all rather old and outdated. Basically, the condo has too much concrete (similar to HDB blocks design) and black dark color windows that looks old. Newer condos such as the nearby The Madeira Condo is so much better, has more glass surface design (also of lighter tone) which is newer and modern looking with everlasting appeal. Also, in terms of location, the condo is neither here nor there from the MRT station, whether BB or BG station. Takes at least 20 minutes to walk to either one station. In Singapore's weather, try walking for 10 minutes without sweating ! There are also other cons such as being just next to buildings with loud hailer noise. Too many foreign talents there also. I wouldn't want to put my choice into this condo. -

Nice development
Staying here is like resort living. Lots of greenery within and outside the condo. Infinity pool with nice waterfall features, riverstream, jacuzzi, hot tub bath, basketball/tennis court, gym and putting green. It's a quiet development besides guilin park and yet quite near to many amenities and MRT. you just have to see and experience it yourself. -

a fantastic condominium in bukit batok
when i first went to regent heights, i was impressed by the tight security there. the facilities are also something to wow about, 4 tennis courts, putting greens and a golf driving range (WOW!). The pool with its waterfall feature is also a nice place for families to relax. when i was at the top of pinnacle at duxton at night, the clearly visible buildings in bukit batok are the lighted tops of regent heights. As a pioneering condo in bukit batok, it has not lost its lustre and still considered the best in the area in its majestic appeal. with little guilin just beside the project and bukit timah hill facing the project, it has very good feng shui. I believe this condo is worth looking at for own stay and investment. -

Peaceful environment
Having lived in Regent Heights for the past two years, I must say that the living environment is very peaceful. There is practically zero noise from the mosque and it is now illegal for any religious buildings to do loud broadcasting. In terms of being near amenities and nature (little guilin and bukit timah hills), regent heights has to be the ideal choice. Facilities wise, this condo beat the rest of the condos in bukit batok definitely.Rental yield is also fantastic with 2 bedroom fetching more than $3k a month now. -

Regent Height
Nice environment... spacious design for 2+1. Any residents of Regent Heights please share if could be waken up by morning call from mosque nearby? And distraction by traffic? -

best condo in bukit batok no doubt
the facilities for this condo is the most extensive in bukit batok and there is lots of greenery to make you want to go for walks after returning from work. this condo boasts of splendid views of small guilin and bukit timah hill, very nice and peaceful living and yet not far off from amenities in the central (west mall, mrt, neighbourhood shops etc). For those seriously looking for a place to live with your family, this is the place to consider. -

Best Condo in Bukit Batok ever
I just bought a unit in tower A. I can only say that Regent Heights is the best condo in the area for the following reasons: 1) extremely spacious with lots of space for people to take garden walks and relax 2) excellent facilities (condo with one of the most extensive facilities in singapore including golfing, swimming, jacuzzi, gym, tennis etc) 3) Very near nature parks and guilin and all the other hdb amenities 4) Superb views of bukit timah hill and the city, including MBS from certain high floor units 5) Good rental yield 6) Good for own stay with family 7) very on the ball security guard The above are just some of the good things about my new place, i strongly encourage you to consider regent heights if you are thinking of buying a place in bukit batok. I have considered the jade, but there is very little privacy there and the development is just too noisy and small for family use. -

the best condominium in bukit batok by far
been hunting around for some time for a good condo in the west and narrowed down to regent heights. it looks majestic and offers full condo facilities at very reason able price. the unit i bought is high floor, bt timah hill view, marina bay sands view and pool view, spacious layout with no wasted space like planters and bay windows, so what more can i ask for? it is very hard to find condos these days with spectacular views and regent heights is definitely not lacking in this area. the condo facilities are also fantastic. entire project offers feeling of spaciousness and has lush greenery nearby plus near amenities. too many good things to mention in this limited space so i will put a stop here... -

Nice resort feeling
Went house-hunting in the west around Bukit Batok/CCK area. Found this development to be one of the most value in this area . On my first visit to this condo, i was presented with a nice resort-like feeling. It has most facilities including nice water features. Interior of units i have seen are all quite good with squarish layout. No wasted space, bay window or balcony. The only downside is the limited public space within the estate. Taking into consideration the price psf, facilities and location, i think this is quite value for money . -
