Good place to stay… however…..
I have been living here for awhile. And general speaking, is not that bad. But I would like to point out that the management agent didn’t do their job to maintain this condo well. They can not justify such high maintain fee. The MA is very tough on the residents by setting up rules and regulations. But very lenient on the outsiders, the delivery riders, foreigners tenants….. outside vehicles parking at level 2 with engine on, motorbikes parks everywhere. foreign tenants drinking and eating in the pool, wear clothes swimming in the pool, the security guard did not stop them. All the delivery motorbike riders park in front of the main gate, smoke and eat, no one cares. Night guard sleeping on his chair. Whenever we feedback to MA, the attitude was very bad and not helpful and cooperative. -

Park place is right smacked in the centre of the rejuvenation of Paya Lebar slated by URA. It is in the middle of CBD and Changi Airport, directly connected to the EW line and CCL underground from the condo’s B2. The interior quality has been assessed by many professional defects team as way above average. The rooms are fitted with double-glazed windows that block out almost all the noise, very rare offered by the renowned developer Lendlease. Furnishings and appliances are of top grade as well. It is also directly connected to Paya Lebar Square, SingPost and PLQ mall. Kinex and City Plaza are opposite the road. Lifelong learning centre, PLQ offices, Geylang, Joo Chiat and Katong cafes are around the corner. Haig road food market is connected by covered walkway to Park Place. A rare gem! -

A resort living sitting above a bustling town
World class resort pool and landscape by the Australian builder. One and only top class resort living above the hearts of two MRT stations. Well connected of 4 shopping malls. Stroll to Geylang, Malay village, Joo Chiat, east road for experience of all food cultures. The plane noise is bearable and only happen a short while during afternoon on weekday. Weekend is perfectly peaceful. An under rated property so far. -

A distinctive gem conveniently located
Convenient locations with 5 malls & 2 Mrts station right below. Good sophisticated class of tenants & residents experienced. Not the usual mass projects kind of tenants mixed here. Right smack between Geylang food streets & Geylang Serai Malay village , best of both worlds. With lots of good schools & pre schools around, a project definitely under-valued. -

accessible
eastwest/circle line is fantastic. when bored of all the malls here, can just hop on train and NEX is few stops away. In spore, it's all abt location location location! its also peaceful up in residential where u cant tell theres busy malls downstairs -

Excellent location and amenities for Park Pla
The location is very convenient and plenty of foods nearby (ie. malls and hawker center). There are quite lots of office building around by expats. Our unit facing the pool is very quiet and peaceful with no much issue. Facilities are quite good, big and clean pool, BBQ pit, gym, parking and security guard. -

So convenient for me
Park Place Residences on Paya Lebar Road caught my eye in 2017 when we were passing the project which was under construction at the time. Paya Lebar MRT is just next to it, while shops and eateries are just a short walk away from the residence. I don’t think it could get any better. -

Impeccable location
Superb location with 4-5 Malls around and 3 grade A offices with 2 mrt lines making accessibility to anywhere impeccable. Exclusive feel compared to those mega projects with more than 1000 units. -
