Negative vibe too many complaints over trivia
I love the location here where my religion and culture aline beside good networks of MRT & buses. Many nice Muslim food, no worry. The surrounding reminds me of home Jakarta with a mixture of old and modern building. Weekends see many local folks here , mainly FDW. Some residents complain over trivial matters about FDWs gatherings when they r often seen at lobby and public places nearby. This is no body fault when such public places are opened to all. The residents also very impatient with food delivery drivers, these poor chaps often received warnings or booking offences when e property mgmt & security presssured by some fussy residents. I decided to end my tenancy lately when company wants me to stay near Changi. -

Convenience at doorstep
Very convenient with 4-5 malls around, 2 mrt lines and 3 grade A offices. Buying food, watching movie, shopping is just downstairs. Sheltered from rain and sun. -

Perfect so far
Been staying here for the last 1 year. Nice marble flooring, elegantly n beautiful furnishings. So convenient I don’t have to call grabfood can just walk downstairs to get my food from all the shopping Centres, sheltered from the rain. Mrt is just downstairs I can get to my workplace at Promenade in 10 mins. Love this place ! -

Poor Managing Agent
I echo the review by ""CC SS"" which is real because I AM A RESIDENT staying here for almost a year. Initially, things were rosy when 1st moved in, then the condo management became increasingly bad. Couple of the security guards i had encountered were also rude and defiant when asked to take action on illegal parking. LENDLEASE, the developer, totally washed its hands off managing residents' feedback after TOP, always forwarding my feedback to the MA which is ridiculous since my complaint is against the MA. Not surprised if the good reviews (or thumbs down on bad reviews) here were written by landlords. FOr sure, if you are looking to buy or rent a unit here, PLEASE TRUST my (RESIDENT) review together with "CC SS"" bcos they are real. Location Is Not Everything. -

2 sides of a coin
Nice place to commute to work and easy to find food here, just a stone throw away. Interior quality can be better when several hairline cracks on walls and repeated visits by contractors just wont work. Painful process and windows not sound proof when nearby traffic and airplanes noises are almost 24hour. Not advisable if you are light sleeper. Disturbing marble noises at night happened often between 7th and 5th floor. I am okay with FW gathering here especially during weekends, adding vibrancy..I do not understand why locals so particular don't they visit it before purchase ? Stop complaining and move on, peace! -

Not too bad
interior - ok only with some defects and slow turnaround on repair exterior - convenient with lot of dining options but usually crowded . quite miserable small facility compared to those mass condo project. Small distance walk from residence block to mrt station . -

Near Geylang far away from city
Agent told us convenient , posh, near city. The interior ok but some repairs required . Crowds, noises ,surrounding dated buildings and busy traffics along Geylang are unbearable to both ears and eyes. -

Practical and hipster living
Nestled in an area with modern and quaint facilities, it is suitable for young couples and families as amenities are abundant with supermarkets, cinemas, shopping, cafes, Geylang serai markets, gyms, geylang eateries all at the doorstep. It is not necessary to own a car with the mrt just 100metres away from the property. There is also a good Pri school within 1km of the vicinity and sec school nearby too. -

Convenient & Good Quality Furnishing
Park Place is so conveniently linked to EW and Circle lines at Condo’s basement and Level 2, PLQ mall, Singpost, Paya Lebar Square, totally sheltered from the rain. Lots of eateries and amenities to enjoy. The furnishing is of good quality; Whirlpool , Smeg, Haiku fan, etc. The workmanship rated by BCA is mostly above 90%, on the high side of all Singapore’s condo. It is also near the Sports Hub, Geylang food heaven, old airport road food centre, East Coast park and is right in between CBD and Changi Airport. The noise level from the streets is minimal as compared to condos beside expressways. The noise couldn’t be heard at all when you close the windows also, due to the double glazed industrial grade windows and doors. Owners love Park Place Residences! -
