    Well Placed Location - Close to Amenities but

    Park Place Residences has a somewhat higher density for its land area, but this is compensated by good use of space and various entry areas for different blocks. Common facilities may seem a little cramped to accommodate all residents, but thus far, the pool and gym rarely gets too crowded. A recent fire incident may alarm some, but that was a testament of good reaction by the management and security staff. Units are small, but that is the price to be so well-connected to Paya Lebar MRT and PLQ / Singpost / Paya Lebar Square malls.

    Very nice residence place and worth the inves

    Very nice residence place and worth the investment, but….. Nice place to stay and invest, nice facilities around the area, super convenient with so many malls, supermarkets, MRTs, buses…etc. As the other’s previous review, the owner needs to be aware of the bad services, and the maintenance fee is very high. Owner been keep on complaining about the services, cleaners… and other safety issue…etc. They used the same group of people and changed company recently, which the same group of people doing the same work and they don’t even care. Yet have you read the upcoming AGM report? They are going to increase the fee by so much. Need to think about it…..

    Lovely place

    Park place is a lovely place to live at. Super accessible, MRT at your doorstep connected to not just 1 but 2 lines. If you drive, it is connected directly to Nicoll and a short 10 mins to CBD or town. Amazing! Wide variety of food and shopping options at your door step, multiple supermarkets. Love it.

    Above average in Singapore, rating should not

    The layout of Park Place has been widely recognized to be very space efficient; the units are rectangular in shape with no odd corners. The false ceiling will never be flushed with the structural ceiling for any type of house. Park Place units in fact look bigger than their stated size. There has never been complains about the airplane noise in the reviews of Paya Lebar Residences, Katong Regency, Lotus, etc. No one in the right mind will stand by the road to flag a taxi here. Park Place's entrance is fully sheltered also got people can think of excuses to condemn it. A lot of condo drop off point is not even sheltered. There seem to be a saboteur keep on knit-picking on Park Place to purposely give it below a rating of 2, which does not happen to any other condos surrounding Park Place.

    Same noise level as all other condos beside a

    The noise level at Park Place is the same as any other condos in Singapore which is beside a road. I don’t see any particular difference between Park Place and any other 10000 condos that are built beside a road or near a shopping centre or in a neighborhood park in Singapore. All other condos and those which are built beside an expressway also never keep receiving 0.3 to 0.8 ratings. Park Place is not perfect but definitely above average in many aspects. Should not rate Park Place anything less than 3.5/5. Not sure why there is always reviews keep giving 0.3 to 0.8/5 ratings to Park Place almost every few days and not any to any other condos in Singapore. Something fishy is going on.

    All good except noise

    The building is nice and been living here for about a year now. Pamper with food choices and so convenient transport networks - bus, mrt, grab, taxis ..the only main concern is noise. If your unit face Paya Lebar road, it also faces Geylang and busy polluted road along it..if u stay facing Sim Ave, the human noises and others r almost unbearable. Some earlier positve comments said very quiet, maybe these people closed their windows and on their air con whole day which almost unbelievable one will do so? The below playground for kids is a constant complaint among residents from 5th to 8th floors, the daily screamings and shoutings really make one angry and unable to focus. The surrounding buildings r quite old and run down, perhaps the developer should set right expectation

    Definitely undervalued

    With nearby Parc Esta,Penrose, Antares all near 2k/psf,Park Place is undervalued.Most of these condos are not connected to MRT, while Park Place is directly integrated into dual line MRT as an integrated development with quality shopping and grade A offices, the psf for Park Place is too Low.Grade A offices means the office is big.Park Place their units are considered big in today’s new launches. Someone keep comparing Park Place to orchard/novena condos.You can’t get 2k/psf at novena or orchard.Also now is decentralised commercial hubs,working from home,work,play,live in the vicinity. Seems like there is a saboteur keep posting with same typo of “&” If it’s too exp why would he/she buy in the first place.The person keep saying it’s noisy.It’s not true.Even at PLQ plaza, also not noisy.

    Quality development should not get below 4 ra

    The noise level is actually minimal , comparable to all other condos in Singapore beside a road, actually those units facing PLQ 3 couldn’t hear a thing as it is very peaceful with nice scenery. Those who have lived in other condos will know that actually the sound blockage at park place is superb with the double glazed windows, airplane sound only happens rarely, if not the whole Marine Parade neighbourhood condos would have gotten 0.8/5 ratings. Nasty condos residents are everywhere in Singapore, not just at Park Place, shouldn’t use that to rate. Actually now covid there isn’t even any foreign workers gathering and most residents are not making any noise except like same person keep finding fault purposely give Low rating, fussy and giving negative vibe himself/herself all the time !

    Stop complaining

    location is good, full of food choices and convenient transport networks. Nice heritage of Malay community and comes Hari Raya, there is full of fun fairs activity! Hate most is nonstop complaints when nothing seems to please residents. The sercurity management merely doing their jobs and try remain partial on daily disputes and complaints from condo residents. The BMW & Volvo drivers always seem desperate of time & speeding a concern towards entrance/exit of the budilings, posing dangers to passerbys. Residents need to be more tolerant towards FDWs gatherings since the condo is situated in an old neighborhood for such public gatherings. Be it Covid or no, the gatherings & noise will continue when we must learn to respect freedom of others. Facilities not e best compared to other condos.
