We would like to purchase industrial building for factory, workshop and office use, with an estimated size of 6,500 sqm. Our industry is heavy machinery.

1. We are looking for agent to source such space for us.

2. What is the agent's commission that we need to pay for such transaction.

Good evening Teco,

Normally for commercial purchase, buyers don't have to pay any commission to their representative as he/ she will be getting from the seller's representative.

Maybe you can share more requirements with me so I am in a better position to assist you.

1) location?
2) floor loading?
3) ceiling height?
4) other etc

For purchase of B2 site, I would need to know what is your percentage requirement for office space, storage space, machinery space, floor loading and power loading requirement, height clearance, location and budget.

When you state that you need 6,500sqm of space, do you mean the GFA or the Land size?
