Hello
It depend on the type of commercial Property you are in and if it s a building with a common landlord or a shophouse with a private landlord.
Usually for commercial building , there is a service fee tag to your rent. So there might not be any minor repairs.
for private landlord, the cost can be in the range of 200-500 depending on the quality of the commercial space
