Looking for 600-1000sqft warehouse with direct loading/unload at door / ground floor
Prefer east of singapore or central singapore.
My budget is around max 1.5k sgd.
Prefer unit that is come with eletrical point and i will be using it for vinyl flooring strorage and collection point for my contractor to pickup goods at door / loading unloading.
Prefer ground floor if cant load and unload at door step.
Fine at any floor for those ramp up place where can load and unload at door.
I dont mind getting bigger unit up to 2k sgd per month if private owner allow subletting (means i can build few office(less than 40pct of space)) and rent it out while i run my vinyl floor business.
Fine with lease 2 to 3 yrs.
