Hello Mr Suresh, In the current market we need to be more cautious while investing. As regards Residential market please note that over a period of time there might be appreciation ( I am using the term might be is because of the huge supply that's going to come in the market) , in case of Shop house, if the location is good and theres a lot happening in the vicinity chances are that there would be good appreciation because commercial properties are what everyone will eventually want to invest in and are also investing in currently.
