Hi there, Most Commercial and industrial properties are available for foreigners to purchase. As you do not own the land on which they are built on, even Freehold commercial property are mostly strata-titled.

Even if you wish to purchase land, you would need to apply to the Singapore Land Authority or SLA for approval, should you wish to purchase land, or landed developments, where you own the title to both the development and the land.

But again this is limited in commercial and industrial properties.

I have units in the Central Business District (CBD) such as Chinatown point, Peninsular Shopping Center, The Adelphi, and other developments that are under construction in which are open to foreigners to purchase.

You won't need to worry about being a noob, with my help and advice in such matters.
