If I were to open a cafe that only needs a sink and water point. No cooking will be done onsite except making coffee which only needs water and electricty. No gas needed.

Serving sandwiches or cakes. Cakes obtained from wholesaler, sandwiches need an oven.

Do I need a commercial retail shop that has to be specifically F&B approved?

Or I can pick any retail shops?
