I have recently purchased the B2 factory.
The agents and the tenant told me the DB box and the lighting in the shop they will remove it.
During the viewing, the agent told me the factory has 150AMP.
Now they requested me to pay additional for the DB box and the lighting fixtures.

Well if u dont like how this is being presented to u, u can reject them and tell them u dont need it.

alternatively, the amt they quoted u , is it reasonable, the only reason that this can happen could be they realised it is costly to get contractor to remove such.

So what u can do, if such is useful to u , slash the price of what is quoted to u. Never try , Never know.
