The key thing here is about the exposure of your company as listing a property for sale and listing a company for sale will be vastly different, while buyers may not be keen in taking over all 3 properties.

Additionally, some buyers maybe willing to pay a premium for 1 of your property but not the rest, while lumping all 3 properties for sale together may just put some buyers out of the market due to their budget.
