How to get the best commercial property loan?

Dear sir/mdm,
Are you taking up the commercial property loan in your private capacity or will it be under company name? Assessment for loan is pretty standard over the different banks therefore I will say the different banks are competitive, thus if you have a special relationship within certain banks, you may get preferential rates. Perhaps you may furnish more details about what you are looking out for and I can then point you to the right direction.
