Dear ssf,

Rental rates for ground floor units tend to be higher than those on 2nd floor and above. If you are looking at units on groundfloor for showroom, can I ask what trade are you in? Perhaps I can match you with suitable units other than Midview City, which to my understand does not have any available at the moment.

Ground floor units are usually taken up pretty quickly. I have an ground floor B1 unit that just opened up a few days ago at Zervex (8, ubi road 2) Full glass frontage and facing a busy road.
