Unfortunately no. PropertyGuru only allows agents with paid subscription to put up their listings for sale or rent. For property owners, you may look into other portals or medias to put up your advertisements. In fact I had done a simple calculation earlier that for 1 listing, the average expenses spent is about $800 a month and if I were to aggressively market the property on PropertyGuru, the expenses can be more than double the average expense. These will not guarantee that the listing will sell or be rented out, thus I think it is actually more beneficial for owners like yourself to engage the services of an agent to market your property for sale or rent, since the commission is only applicable when there is a successful transaction, meaning no costs on your end.
