Hi Alexis,

You will probably need to apply for change of use of premises to that of your trade to begin with. Typical long term rental will be in the tenure of about 3 years with options to renew therefore depending on the landlord, it would be subjective in terms of the deposit payable but should not differ too far from 2 to 3 months of security deposit followed by a month of advance rental. There are definitely premises available for rental, but firstly, the size you are working is a single floor plate size or can be broken down into multiple levels? As this is considered a relatively niche market to do such big scale space, do advise more in details in order to facilitate the progress of your search.
