just to share with you what the recent past transactions of shophouses are like, here are some of the following :

- May 2012, 47 east coast rd, land size 1033sqft, sold for $3.3 mil

- Aug 2012, 142 east coast rd, land size 1464sqft, sold for $3.518 mil.

It would be good if you can let me know the following :
- unit number
- land size
- selling vacant or tenanted? If tenanted, how much?
