Hi, i am looking for a small f&B unit for bakery preferable in residential area e.g HDB shop unit. around 500-600 sqft w ample car park space nearby. Anyone has recommendations?

You may want to whats apps me at 97508318  as I am running some searches too for other client. let me know if you need dine in for your bakery. Any shop with dine in can be slightly more expensive rental.

there is a sudden surge in people looking for space for a bakery. May be due to those who have been selling from home.
