Hello
i doubt u can use the roof as a gym. Have u see the roof, are there many pipping or aircon compressor on the roof? with all the hot air, is it conducsive to use it as a gym even if u manage to find a smooth surface roof?

The floor loading might not be suitable too as they are not build originally to be use for gym
