Good day.
My employer has tasked me to seek for references on comparable industrial space rental quotes for a 9,000 sq ft to 9,100 sq ft factory space in the Woodlands Terrace vicinity and surrounding areas.
My employer's tenant has put in a request recently to renew his current rental which is priced at S$14,500 before GST. This will work out to a monthly rental per square feet of around S$1.60 to S$1.61.
However, with the tenant's existing two-year lease is up, I am wondering if there has been any rental price changes, and approximately how much for the given 9,000 to 9,100 sq ft factory space. The entire building is classified as B2 - Heavy Industry space.
