Dear experts, happy new year!

I'm finding an industrial space for my personal CO2 laser cutter machine (occupies area of 1m x 1.5m), my understanding is that this can consider B2 industrial use due to its fume (although just a little).

I do not own a business, this is for personal crafting use but I can't keep it at home. I do not mind a shared small corner in a factory with the main tenant (at a cost of up to SGD 200/month).

Do you know if anyone out there would be kind enough to offer me such shared space (in west/central Singapore)? Because that would be totally awesome!

You will need to monitor for such space. Quite unlikely to have many choices if any.
