  Very Convenient

  I used to live at Villa Marina and I have to say it was a very convenient location. Minutes walk to Cold Storage, Starbucks and all the eateries along Siglap road. The unit I lived in was renovated, brand new bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The facilities are very good and I think management does a great job in keeping the place looking tidy, especially the gardens. I worked in the cbd so I used to take the express bus to Shenton Way. Overall a great condo and still great value.

  Nice garden condo

  Biggest selling point would be a lovely garden, but this complex is Huge - so if you like that sort of thing it would be good. It has everything in terms of condo facilities, but lacks good public transport. Think you would need a car or rely on taxis. Gardens are lovely, but the club house and pool are really very ornate, and I thought quite ugly - just not my sort of taste - but others might really like it.
