  Nice development

  Quite and within walking distance to amenities.The best lobby I have ever seen.Very luxuries and my friends said it remind them of 5 star hotel lobby. Plenty of facilities with the swimming pool nicely hidden away from the setting sun.

  Over priced and old

  Valley Park is way over priced for what you get. The buildings are very old and most of the units have water damage. There are several newer buildings in the area so plenty of alternatives. Cars drive very fast in the parking lots so be careful when you walk. The management is very strict and never flexible. For example BBQ reservations for lunch start at 9am to 1pm. Management refuses to change this to something more reasonable like 11am to 3pm even after repeated feedback. Overall, you can get much better for your money.

  Leaky Bathroom Ceiling

  Viewed a unit for sale recently. Questioned agent about a stain on the bathroom's false ceiling and he admitted that it was result of a leak from the upper floor's bathroom. You have to be careful because the condo is more than 15 years' old.

  Bad

  So relieved that I can terminate the contract. View other units for options but same problems. Initially thought of owning..lucky try with contract term first. - Wall, pipe Leaking - Water coming inside from top balcony - Mouldy wall due to damp design

  Hidden Gem

  This is an under-appreciated gem on River Valley Road! Name one condo that has 3 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi, seperate male-female sauna steam room facilities, tons of carparks, vast sprawling land, fronted by soon to be upgraded end of Singapore River, 5 min walk to Great World City & Valley Point, 12 min on foot to Ion, 10 min by car to Raffles Place or Sentosa, close to Tiong Bahru market ... and 3 min to future MRT station! Current potential not fully realised but only a matter of time to be re-discovered.

  Oasis in the city

  Quiet surrounding, walking distance to amenities and shopping. 10 mins to Orchard Road. Definitely an oasis in busy District 10
