    I am laughing to the Bank. Bgt at $500psf. Do I have any complain abt the project? No Condos are perfect.Many boutique condos nowadays are not only small and tiny and micky mouse but are selling above $1k. Some dont even have a narrow passage way to walk and are all round surrounded by roads and canal.Go and visit Thomson V and for sure U find Linear is a Gem buy. When Estuary project was advertised, Orchard Park price increase.Hearing, a new development project is coming near the Linear, I am sure, they would be selling at least $850 to $1k p.s.f. and its freehold. Many condos nowadays are small with facilities at the top floor. For bigger condos bigger swimming pool but for bigger crowd. So it is the number of units the condo have thats count in order to provide enough space for the residence. For Linear selling around $650 to $750 is definitely a steal with potential when MRT is completed and wonder what other new projects are coming up when the railway track facing The Linear is gone.Construction dust? Go and see Kembangan where condo construction is going on in front of other condos residence staying there.How abt Semei Green. Have their prices gone down? U will never find a place with transportation so conveninent and shopping amenities nearby at such a price. Never wrong to buy a condo near MRT and shopping centre and at such a price. Any sellers with such convenience and freehold , just let me know as I am interested to check it out.

    Linear drainage

    I find the builing design rather sleek, and I guess that's probably one of the appeals, which include the proximity to the coffeeshops and Bt Panjang Plaza. But I'm not sure about the value, especially with the dust and and noise created with the ongoing construction. In addition, there was a smell, probably coming from the canal behind. i wonder if that has been resolved.

    Highest Appreciation in next 2 years

    from a value preposition perspective i bet that if you buy linear at $700 psf, its going to have enough bandwidth to hit $850 where Treetop is selling (which is not even walking distance to MRT). Ten mile junction sold recently and will be launching another condo...unlikely to be lower than $850 psf based on land buy price (99 years). coffee-shop beside linear is in market by JLW and again, its residential and unlikely to be less than $850 for the freehold site....linear can potentially appreciate more than $100psf or more in 12 months. face it...when prices of most condo hit $1000 psf...the fallout of buyers increased at the $700-900 band...

    Truly Linear

    Went down with my agent not too long ago. By far this is the thinnest and most narrow condominium I have ever came across. The 999yrs factor wasn't strong enough to pull me, I just couldn't accept the cramp layout and restrictive feel of this development. The design truly lives up to its name.

    Absolutely Fantastic

    Whether pricing or location, it has extremely good potential to grow (even in today's market). Given the fact that it is 999years, it is definitely a sure win investment. I have bought one recently.

    Nothing Fantastic

    Location just beside old and rundown shophouses, no prestige feel. Very close to a petrol station which is quite dangerous.. Design is very "unique", at first glance looks more like office building from the outside. Too close to main road, very noisy and no wall baracades. Left immediately after viewing 1 unit and never looked back since.

    Unique

    Have visited Linear recently (relative's open house). Am impressed with the design both inside and outside of unit. It is not the typical design that you can easily find (that are commonly used by many developers). Functional aspects for residents are well taken care of.

    Good value

    Relatively cosy condo with close proximity to plenty amenities, eg MRT, LRT, bus interchange, petrol station, food centre, rental returns, 24/7 convenience stores, Sheng Shiong supermart, traditional coffee shop, Bukit Panjang shopping centre, and a new condo development opposite soon............not many freehold development has this much conveniences to offer ! Unit layout is also excellent with no planter [aka waste space] , Interior is squarish, the fixtures and fittings are modern design and well designed floor plan. Value appreciation is stone's throw away once the MRT is completed ! Excellent value ! Considering the prestige address it has too. *currently underground MRT in construction ; can be a short-term inconvenience and sight. But once complete..... potential are HIGH ! This could be hidden gems in this area.

    A marvel in the west

    Couldn't find another condo of similar class (or close to it) anywhere in the west or north area. Credit goes to the developer for able to bring a new landmark to this area.
