  Nice finishing, environment and facilities

  Lovely interior of the unit aside. Love the luxurious bathroom with rain shower and storage, plus marble flooring throughout unit which is easy to clean. Spacious, bright and airy corridors which is unusual for a condo these days. Other pluses for me - big swimming pool and well equipped gym. Shopping mall is one mrt stop away, and the local hawker centre and coffee shops are one bus stop away or for me, walking distance. I don't even need a cab when travelling to and fro the airport now, and it's actually faster!

  One of the best condo unit for me

  Why I chose Glades? Lots of facilities to enjoy on weekends + Nice interior with modern luxurious finishing and the best brand appliances + huge common compound and greenery.. having moved in, ambience at night with the lighting, trees etc is awesome.. feels like being in a holiday resort. I went for the larger one bedroom unit of 506sqft with ensuite master bedroom which I was told is very rare in the project. The living space in the smaller one bed units were too small for me! As my unit faces the inside i.e. Low rise private property across the road, I get no road or mrt track noise at all. Enjoy the view from the large balcony. I get to watch planes glide by with 0 noise too.. a pleasant surprise. Management is helpful and friendly too, despite being so busy during the initial TOP period. Stayed in a couple of other condos before and I must say this is the best I have so far.

  Steps from MRT, Excellent space & facilities

  1) Unbeatable location especially when it rains in Singapore- with the MRT almost at doorstep.. just enter and walk through the spacious underground carpark to reach your block's air conditioned hotel-like lift lobby. 2) No MRT noise at all, if you have got a unit facing the private landed properties.And a serene view too. 3) Lots of common space with water features and amenities including spa and a long pool to relax.. and well spaced out blocks means it's windy especially if you have a unit facing the landed properties.
