  Very comprehensive facilities and great accessibility to both the airport and city via PIE. Reasonable rental yields amid potential of proximity to the Paya Lebar Regional Centre.

  At $13xx psf, a 1 bedder cost appx 600k. If u get a 2k rent, Gross yield is 4%. 5mins walk to Aljunied MRT. 5mins walk to Sims Dr Wet Market & amenities galore. Away from the famous & notorious Geylang Lorongs. 8mins walk to James Cook University. 4 MRT stops to City Hall CBD. Future catalyst from Paya Lebar & Kallang transformation accordingly(URA Masterplan). SIMS Urban Oasis is delicately poised to reap the benefits in the next Decade. Excellent for both investing & self-stay. Fabulous facilities largest of it's scale in that vicinity. Reputable Developer Guocoland. Good time to grab a unit here at attractive psf.
