Value-for-money living
I love this place! It offers comfort, fun, safety and convenience at a very reasonable price. Perfectly located between city center and airport, takes me a short while to go by the green line either way. 5-7 min walk to Aljunied MRT, which is surprisingly a quiet neighborhood too. -

Not New But Still Desirable
Sims Urban Oasis was probably built at the right time for most original owners to cash in. The units are well designed and reasonably spaced, and the communal areas and pools sensibly spaced out for a good mix of space and privacy. It has immediate convivences nearby in Geylang East, Aljunied and Sims Vista, and a short bus ride to Macpherson, Paya Lebar or a drive into the city! The management is generally prompt in resolving issues, and are quite vigilant to parking issues. One of the better city fringe offerings! -

Good condo, not good for dogs
Sims Urban is really convenient, well connected and plenty of amenities nearby. You can also see Kallang Stadium from the SkyPark. Management is also quick to respond to issues. Function room & BBQ pits are also free (pay a refundable deposit) and residents are very responsible to keep the place clean. Only painpoint living here is your dog will be expected/forced to socialize with the condo dog gang here. If you're not, you might get harassed. Certain self centered dog owner might disregard your dog's safety and offleash their dogs within the premises and your dog cannot self-defend cause its viewed as unsociable. Otherwise its really a wonderful living space. -

City fringe living with a bustling community
Beautifully designed condo situated on an elevated plot of land. Wide range of facilities with many swimming pools (kids pool, lap pools, jacuzzi etc.). Convenience store, some retail shops and a childcare centre found in the condo for added convenience. Superb city fringe location with 5 mins walk to Aljunied MRT, which is just 4 stops from City Hall. Fantastic rental potential due to international school next door, just opposite from Geylang Methodist Pri & Sec schools. Diverse community due to many expat tenants. Management is also very responsible and responsive to work on reported issues. -

Resort living + near downtown city
Been living at suo since 2018, good location (4 stops to city hall, 3 mins walk to mrt), nice condo (beautiful and large pools), good surrounding (many amenities, market nearby, 3 malls nearby), will continuebl staying -

Great place to live
As the title says, the location is really quite good, about 4 minutes from the train station. Maintenance is pretty decent save. Just one stop from Paya Lebar where you have a lot of shopping options and about 10 minutes by train to Raffles Place. Food and groceries are maybe 3 minutes away at and around sims vista market? There’s a small convenience store here as well if you need things in a jiffy. Seems like there are mostly expats living here. Overall I’d say it’s a 5/5, but the only problem is that there’s no concierge service. As it’s a gated community, technically delivery personnel could safely leave parcels at your door while you’re out if you’re comfortable with that, but personally I wouldn’t (unless maybe I lived on one of those floors with only 3 units sharing a lobby) -

Great location, great facilities, near amenit
Very near city, near MRT and 2 bus stops at doorstep, good amenities and good food around. Beautiful place with greeneries, great facilities especially the pool with jaccuzi and polo nets. Great community, mix of families and expats. Great improvements after recent changes of the management office and security providers. -

Convenient with great facilities
Getting around from here is really easy with the nearby MRT and the 2 bus stops that are right outside the condo. Living here feels almost like living in a hotel because there are so many facilities. The common areas are well maintained and condo management are quite polite and understanding. Great place to live. Also the maintenance fees here are probably one of the cheapest compared with other developments. A rare bonus is the proximity to the park connector at pelton canal that is about a 3 minute walk from the sidegate. Really convenient for a run or evening stroll. There are also quite a few reputable schools around like JCU, Nexus and geylang methodist (secondary & primary) -

Great location, very near city (4 stops to City Hall), less than 3 minutes walk to Aljunied MRT. Nice place and units layout, excellent facilities with 2 large olympic size swimming pools. Near popular foods and supermarket nearby -
