Value for Money
Simei Green is located 7 mins walk to the Simei MRT station. Compare to the nearby condominum, it is quiet without the train starting and stopping noise which other condominum in the vincinity have to endure. It is now a full flag private estate which means that foreigner could buy and own. With it's price 10 to 20% lower than the rest of the condominium, it is consider a good value for money investment -
