  There are now 3 MRT stations within 15 minutes walking distance. Great for family living as well as attractive for expat tenants

  Strategically located

  Great location with high rential yield. Smacked in between CBP, SUTD and Changi Hospital. Can walk to 2 MRT lines. 969 sqf 3 bed layout is the most efficient and regular.

  Worth the money

  Landscape is nice, greenary, not just concrete buildings. Ample car park lots, low maintenance fee, in nice and quiet neighbourhood. Located in between 2 MRTs. By looking at the clean and neat estate, the management is well managed, not just talk but no action by many other developments.

  Nice condo but with pathetic management

  The condo is old hence the units are huge which is good thing. The landscaping is very beautiful. Only few units have squarish layout others are totally out of shape. A few people in condo management have monopoly over everything. The management office has hired a rude and unprofessional condo manager who ends up fighting with everyone who enters the management office each and every time . He isn't replaced or fired inspite of many complaints made against him(He has been there for nearly 4 years). The management keeps changing the security Guards every 3 months as they can't stand the condo managers attitude. This creates huge problems . The condo has a huge pool but extremely small gym (as less as 2 treadmill and 1 elliptical trainer for a condo of 602 units). When the treadmills get broken down, it takes months together to get them repaired! I have lived there for 2 years before moving to my present beautiful condo. Wouldn't recommend this condo.

  A smidgen better than Savannah

  Lovely landscaping - not as well maintained as Savannah, but still loads better than most. Units are much better laid out as well. Somewhat less landlocked, but still a hassle to walk out to the main road. Conservancy high, but keep in ind what you get in facilities, landscaping, etc. Huge huge Indian FT population again. Somewhat better than Savannah on a whole...because you can't really live beside the pool all the time.

  simei green-a gem

  I have viewed simei green many times and find it to be the best among other neighbouring condos with its prices affordability and conducive environment. I have bought one recently and still looking to buy some more with its potential to go upwards based on the upcoming projects and amenities around. Its sure value for money and investment.

  Simei Green - worth for money/value

  When i first saw this project, I was surprised that it is very clean & well maintained. Much better than alot of expensive Condos which you pay more but get less. The location is good, near to MRT, 4th University, Expo and churches. I personally think that it is very worth for own stay or investment. The per sqf price is much lower than other Condos around and potentially go up some more with the upcoming project and demand there.
