    I love it here!!

    My family and I love it here. We have stayed here since we got our keys upon TOP, and we have no intention to move. I know prices have gone up, but will not budge. I have been to many other condo's and this place is one of the most beautiful I've seen. Coming home is bliss everyday. The pool is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful and serene. Only thing is the Management... the crap guy in charge of carpark management should be replaced. Put someone who's in touch with the real world.

    with set budget for a new nest, seletar springs was still the comparison to beat. after scouting 50 to 60 apartments under the 1 mil budget, living condition vs price that we paid offer us best conditions. with resort style of setting, coming home is always a great feeling. not to mention, this condo offers full facilities from tennis court to steam room. offers 3 huge swimming lap pools too. its about 1.5km to TPE/SLE, 1.5km to CTE, 4km to KPE. 5 min walk to LRT which will take you to town from sengkeng MRT in 35mins. train station, shops, mini-market and coffeeshop is 5 min walk away. train ride to compasspoint mall is 8mins. further more, a new mall is coming up in the next 2years. Nicely situated where the old seletar market was. Reckon a slow walk there would take about 10mins. for those that have kids studying at international schools, its a 3.5km drive from French school, 5km from Australian school. for the price of rental, you get more living space and better family orientated environment. condo management WAS an issue. with the leaving of key man in the office, we hope that will be a thing of the past

    Nice Environment

    I had just brought a unit at Seletar Spring after scanning at majority of the condo of the same standing, but none can offer me the resort feel. Especially after a hard day work at office, it gave me relaxed feel. Also, I'm the type of person that got sick of staying in HDB like condo which different is the swimming pool and security. I totally disagree with the irresponsible posting about the parking. Every unit is entitle to 1 basement parking lot which is fair. If you are looking to park 3-4 cars, might as well stay in HDB where you can buy all the season parking you want. Buying a condo is for staying and not to squeeze the most out of it, which is to park the most cars possible. Also, those without a car who are looking to get transponder for friends or relative, it totally unfair for the resident as they don't park there all the time. Might as well give the lot to someone who need it more and be a good neighbour. I found that the comments given is not fair to the condo and there might be some bad mouth going on as the person is an ex-resident. From the rating given at 1 for every aspect tells us clearly how objective is the view.

    Management, better buck up!

    i just hope the management people would take a look at the issues that was posted "Posted on Aug 24, 2009 by unhappy resident". with all the negative reviews, u can bet bet your last dollar that the prices in SSprings will not appreciate with ignorant ppl sitting in the management! i acn't agree more with this statement of "The guards duty are only to open the drive in gate and look for every opportunity to lock your "illegal" cars. Management thinks that they own the property and like to rule them like their mini kingdom. Only when there is a big issue, they will try to push to others and only at this time, they will picture themselves as a enunch and not a king"!!! BUCK UP PEOPLE WHO YOU CLAIM TO BE THE MANAGEMENT, MANAGE OR BE MANAGED!!!

    Fantastic Resort Lifestyle

    This place is beautiful and families with childrean will love it. 5 pools for which 4 are for childrean, beautiful landscape all around very resort like and good to come home after a tired workday, quiet peaceful. owners with one are assured of a car park spot 24/7 so no problem there. i am staying here for 9 years n no complaints at all.

    Sharing my views

    It is very true on the carparking issue. Management claims that they are doing some cleanup but nothing seems to be done. I am a owner with 2nd car but stil have to park my 2nd car outside and risk being fine. The managment doesn't offer you any solution.They just don't care! Whatever your agent tells you how good the managment and parking is..don;t believe them. Both are very bad! Most of the house unit numbers on each lobby are missing and nothing is done to rectify them. You will have friends who get lost cause they just cannot see your unit number. The guards duty are only to open the drive in gate and look for every opportunity to lock your "illegal" cars. Management thinks that they own the property and like to rule them like their mini kingdom. Only when there is a big issue, they will try to push to others and only at this time, they will picture themselves as a enunch and not a king! They will try to look pathetic infront of you and say "I am just following instructions.."

    Parking Problems

    Please be aware that Parking is a MAJOR problem in Seletar Springs. Management and committee are not cooperative and are very strict about the parking issue. No cars are allowed in the visitor's lot after 11pm. Total units in Seletar Springs, 364. Total lots available in basement carpark 365, of which, 6 are handicap lots. Transponders are only issued to property owners only. Not even immediate family can request for a second transponder. Residents with 2nd car are told to park outside the condominium or risk being wheel-cramped. Room tenants faces the same wraith.
